Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide!

We aim to ship all items within 3 working days using Evri. If there is a delay with dispatching your order, you will receive an email. Please proof read your order information and address before placing. If you have made an error when filling out your order, email us ASAP at contact@brokenspirit.co. Once your parcel is sent, it is out of our hands. Unfortunately if your parcel is lost or stolen, Broken Spirit Apparel cannot take responsibility.

EU - 2-11 business days

International - 3-17 business days

Customs charges

Please be aware that customs charges and import duties are
determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is the
responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Broken Spirit
Apparel. International customers may also check their local customs regulations
as Broken Spirit Apparel cannot take responsibility for any items not accepted
past customs.

Returns and Exchanges

 If you would like to return or exchange your item, please do
so within 28 days of receiving it. Any longer will mean a refund or exchange will
not be offered. We do not refund postage from the original order and returns
postage is covered by the customer. If your items are returned due to an
invalid address, you will need to pay for shipping again.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be
new, unwashed and in a condition that Broken Spirit Apparel can resell it.
Please make sure your item does not have stains or rips, is odourless or is not
contaminated with pet hair. All items are inspected upon return. Please note,
we only accept exchanges for different sizes and not different items.

Instructions 

Please drop us an email at contact@brokenspirit.co letting us
know you would like a return or exchange and we will let you know our return
address.

For returns, please include a note in your return with your
full name, address and order number.

Once we accept your return, we will process your refund to
your original payment method within 14 days and you will receive a confirmation
email.

For exchanges, please include a note with your full name,
address, order number and the size you would like instead.

Once we accept your exchange, we will send you your
replacement item within 3 working days and you will receive a confirmation
email. The replacement order will be shipped free of charge.

We recommend sending your return with tracked shipping and
obtaining a proof of postage in case there is a problem. Unfortunately if your
return is lost or stolen, Broken Spirit Apparel cannot take responsibility.
